Kelly is the CEO of Cashflow Manager where she previously led the marketing team at the company’s HQ in Adelaide, Australia. Hailing from Liverpool, England, Kelly’s experience spans numerous industries that include technology, finance, and healthcare – in both operational and strategic roles in the UK and more recently, Australia.

A champion of micro and small businesses because of the contribution they make to national income, employment and entrepreneur-training, Kelly understands the value impact Cashflow Manager can have in making a great small business, even greater.

Known for getting the job done, Kelly thrives in getting results, especially if it means tackling the important challenges her customers need addressed.

Kelly lives by three rules – accountability, transparency and trust, which flows through both her professional and personal lives. Although dedicated to her team and her customers, she works to live, and enjoys good conversation over a great glass of wine!


Tim Covark

Product Development Manager

Tim has delivered secure, award-winning mobile banking solutions at Beyond Bank, fitness globally at Sweat and large projects for Australian telecommunication giants in software development and web and mobile technologies.

Originally trained as an electronics engineer, Tim has a Masters of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, earned as part of the prestigious Rupert Murdoch Fellowship award. He enjoys bridging the gaps between customers and a company, strategy and implementation and business and technology.


Tanushree Mitra

Marketing Manager (Acting)

Tanushree leads the Marketing team, crafting strategies across various advertising verticals, including Digital, ATL, Social-media, Content and Creative. With more than a decade of experience in management and SME positions across finance, insurance, motoring and media-publishing sectors (both in Australia and in India), she’s a stickler for excellence and ensures our brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts and customer touch-points.

A double Masters, majoring in Marketing, including an MBA, she’s all about marketing strategies driven by sound data analysis and insights to drive market penetration and growth.


Nidhi Mayur

Customer Engagement Manager

Nidhi leads our Customer Engagement Team in Australia. Her passion is to create flourishing customer experiences through customer-centric service delivery strategies that focus on the Voice of The Customer.

Through her professional journey, she has worked with established, as well as global start-up brands, predominantly in Finance and Insurance. Before joining Cashflow Manager in November 2018, Nidhi served as Associate Vice President, Customer Experience and Process Transformation for Clix Capital, where she was instrumental in enhancing customer experience across the existing portfolio, along with expanding the customer base country wide.  She has helped set-up systems and service teams, benchmarking processes and driving efficiencies through automation at HSBC Service Excellence Team, where she also led process re-engineering initiatives.

Nidhi holds a management degree along with the Lean Six Sigma qualification. She is a certified Yoga instructor and a wellness enthusiast, and has written wellness articles, one of which ‘Employee Wellness-Global Challenges and Innovations’ was published by Bloomsbury 2020 in the book ‘Innovations and futuristic practices in Business Management’.
